2.1 Booking and Payment

  • Accommodation bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting us.

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is typically due at check-in, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • Check-out: From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Age Restrictions

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

  • Children aged 14 and over are welcome. Guests aged 15 and above are charged at adult rates.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Specific cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on rate and date.

  • Guests are responsible for reading the cancellation policy before confirming a reservation.

2.5 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of The Coach House.

  • Violation may result in cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay.

3.1 Reservations

  • Restaurant bookings can be made directly through our website using OpenTable. This ensures a smooth and efficient reservation process.

3.2 Opening Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    (Last food orders at 6:45 PM)

  • Friday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    (Last food orders at 8:45 PM)

3.3 Service Charge

  • A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to all tables.

  • 100% of service charges and gratuities are distributed equally among all staff.

3.4 Dietary Requirements

  • We are happy to accommodate most dietary needs. Please inform staff in advance of any allergies or restrictions.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase and may be redeemed for accommodation or dining services.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and are not redeemable for cash.

  • Expiry and usage terms are stated on each voucher.

5. Liability

  • The Coach House accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay or visit.
